Radford's Run
The Twin Forks Wind project spans 24,000 acres in Macon County, Illinois, just north of Warrensburg and Maroa. The project consists of 139 Vestas V110 2.2-megawatt turbines and to date is the largest wind energy facility in the state of Illinois. In addition to the civil construction and turbine erection, the project also required more than 56 miles of public road improvements. White Construction successfully completed the project on time, achieving mechanical completion in just three months.
