From starting as a part-time drafter, to helping develop GPS aided equipment and a drone surveying program, Lead GPS Technician Connie Hardin takes pride in the the opportunities her 18 year career with Saiia Construction has presented to her. “I hope young women are inspired to investigate into a possible career in some construction field.
