Having learned construction skills through her many experiences in the industry, Terry Allen believes that if she can do it than anyone can. When Terri started at ACC Southwest, now William Charles Construction, she began as a project engineer and due growing demands of the company, she found herself assisting in the office as a subcontract coordinator.
