We recognize that there are many hazards inherent in the construction industry and for that reason, we prioritize investing in safety equipment and ongoing training for all employees. It is our goal that, at the end of each workday, everyone goes home safely to their loved ones.
At IEA all employees and subcontractors are expected to adhere to the provisions set forth in our health and safety program, which is set up to also comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). Employees are also encouraged to not only report all unsafe acts and conditions, but to also actively participate in creating safe solutions through an awards and recognition program.
An accident-free work environment is also more profitable for our customers, and therefore a win-win situation for everyone involved.
